Is far infrared safe for everyone?

Far infrared is generally safe for most people, but it’s always best to consult with your doctor if you have any concerns. Please note we do not allow pregnant women in the FAR Infared, and Kids Yoga is always performed in a non-heated room. 

What should I wear to a far infrared class?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely.

How Hot is the room?

It’s warm in here! You will begin to sweat in the room without any exertion.  It will take a couple of classes to aclimatize, and we always recommend going at your own pace.

Cand I Bring Water To Class?

Yes! Please do! We recommend everyone bring a water bottle to class, and our instructors provide plenty of opportinity for rehydration moments during class.
