Memberships are valid at purchase location only. Memberships, including prepaid or punch pass are NON-TRANSFERABLE BETWEEN LOCATIONS.
50% off on Drop-In at a second location when membership at preferred location is 3-month package or greater, excluding One Week Trial and 5/10/20 Class Pass. This offer is available at participating locations. Please check with the studio in advance
These policies apply to all memberships, including student and corporate memberships.
CELL PHONES
Cellular phones and electronic devices are not permitted in the FAR Infrared Studio. Please leave your valuable at home, safely stowed away in the car or in our cubbies at the studio. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
PREGNANCY
Pregnant women are not permitted in the Infrared Heat.
DRESS CODE
Appropriate clothing to be worn in classes at the discretion of the studio owner. If you have concerns about what attire is appropriate for class, please reach out to your studio with your questions.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Late & No Show Policies apply to class bookings. Please refer to your studio for late or no show fees. Classes must be cancelled in advance to prevent late or no show fees.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
Autopay Membership agreements are set at time of membership agreement and those terms are your cancellation terms.
Membership terms offer 30 days cancellation notice on monthly autopay memberships.
Prepaid memberships are non-refundable. Pausing a membership is only considered for medical reasons and requires a physicians note
Introductory memberships that are cancelled are non-renewable.

BOOKING CLASSES AND CHECK IN
Please arrive 15 minutes early to class. There is NO ENTRY to classes already in session for late arrivals. Please note that if you are not checked in 5 minutes prior to your class, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
ATTENDING BACK TO BACK CLASSES
Due to insurance and safety concerns, no member is permitted to attend back-to – back 1-hour infrared heated fitness classes. 90 minutes consecutively for fitness-based classes is the longest that any member can be in the infrared sauna.
This restriction is for the safety of our members and is required by each franchise locations insurance policy.
Member code of coduct
The “Member” agrees that appropriate clothing must be worn and towels must be used while in the studio. All equipment must be put back after use. Members are responsible for their access card.
Integrity: The member agrees to be courteous and kind to all staff and other members. Gossiping, complaining and swearing will not be tolerated. Each member must respect other members and behave in an appropriate manner at all times. OYF Far Infrared Yoga & Fitness. staff reserve the right to rescind the rights of members not complying with the terms and conditions of the membership.
No one under the age of sixteen years (16) will be permitted to take part in classes heated with infrared, under any circumstances.
Access Cards: All members must register their attendance by swiping their access card at reception prior to entering the facility. Members can obtain a replacement card if an access card is lost or stolen. Replacement cards are available from reception at a cost determined by OYF Far Infrared Yoga & Fitness. If an access card is faulty a replacement card will be issued at no cost to the member only upon return of the original faulty card. Studio
Closures: The member acknowledges and understands that the studios will be closed for holidays, including Christmas Holidays and other government approved holidays
